The intake filter/muffler of the unit effectively reduces intake noise, while intercepting impurities in the intake to protect the compressor.

Stainless steel intercoolers and aftercoolers, cylinders with deep fins and aluminum cylinder heads, as well as flywheels with true fan blades, all provide good cooling for the unit, reducing operating and exhaust temperatures.

The HA series adopts low-pressure forced lubrication method to ensure sufficient lubrication of the high-pressure stage. The oil pump adopts a heavy-duty gear type shaft head pump and is equipped with an oil filter to remove impurities from the oil circuit. The design of the entire lubrication system has improved the performance of the operating components of the unit

The transmission mechanism adopts a heavy-duty design and undergoes precise balancing to reduce unit vibration, balance connecting rod load, and is suitable for long-term stable operation.

The whole machine adopts high-quality components and low friction coefficient bearings, providing smooth operation and reducing power consumption; The front and rear bearings of the crankshaft are precisely aligned to extend the lifespan of the crankshaft; Stainless steel valve plates are wear-resistant and have good heat dissipation; Nickel plated valve seats are more corrosion-resistant.


The maintenance of the unit is simple, and the intake filter and oil filter are easy to replace quickly. There are cover plates at the front and rear of the crankcase for quick disassembly and easy inspection of the crankshaft and connecting rod.
