A specially designed intake heating device for starting in cold regions, ensuring that the intake temperature of the diesel engine is around 35 ℃ before starting. Adopting a pressure machine that was previously only used on high-pressure units, the intake valve is forcibly closed at the moment of start-up to achieve the purpose of light load start-up. The spacious maintenance side doors around the entire machine make daily maintenance and repair more convenient, reducing maintenance time and lowering operation and maintenance costs. The dashboard can display comprehensive operation and fault information for easy operation and maintenance, reducing equipment failure rates. Shutdown protection device for high compressor exhaust temperature, low diesel engine oil pressure, high diesel engine cooling water temperature, low cooling water level, and low fuel level.

1. Adopting Dongfeng Cummins engine, originally from the advanced design and sophisticated manufacturing of Cummins in the United States, the fuel consumption is lower than similar domestic products. The design of the exhaust bypass valve makes low-speed performance more perfect and power better. The cylinder block and cylinder head adopt integrated design, which eliminates the occurrence of engine water and oil leakage. The parts are fewer than other similar engines, and the failure rate is greatly reduced. The smaller number of engine parts and lower usage failures greatly reduce the overall maintenance cost of the engine.
2. The operation panel for configuring various instruments and safety systems, as well as the gas supply valve, oil level gauge, etc., are all designed on the same side of the machine for easy operation. Various indicator lights make the operating status clear at a glance.
3. To reduce the noise effect, a ventilation duct is set up in front of the radiator, and sound-absorbing materials are pasted inside the casing to ensure good overall sealing performance of the compressor. At the same time, a large low-noise muffler is used.
4. The cooling water, lubricating oil, and other components related to daily maintenance of the diesel engine are designed on the same side of the compressor and adopt a large door structure, making daily maintenance work more convenient, simple, and easy to handle.
5. The vehicle is designed with a movable structure and equipped with a traction rod in front, which can be freely pulled and moved. Even in narrow construction sites, it can enter and exit freely. The design has achieved lightweight and small size, with less actual land occupation and transportation. There is a lifting device in the central part of the vehicle body for easy lifting and unloading.
