·Our company responds to user requests 24 hours a day. During use, after receiving a distress message, we will send someone to the equipment site within 4 hours;

·From the date of equipment operation, the supplier's after-sales service personnel shall proactively conduct on-site inspections 4 times a year;

·Lifetime maintenance, timely inquire about the operation status of the equipment and any existing usage issues, try to meet the requirements of the demand as much as possible, and satisfy the users;

·Provide multiple service contracts (preventive maintenance, flexible maintenance, etc.)

·Saman Company guarantees that the goods are brand new, made of high-quality materials, processed with precision, and fully comply with all specifications and performance requirements stated in the contract. Under the conditions of correct installation, operation, and maintenance, the equipment warranty period is 12 months after the normal operation of the machine (with a five-year warranty for the main rotor).

·If there are any quality problems with the product during the warranty period, Saman Company will promptly repair or replace the relevant components free of charge. During the warranty period, the company provides free spare parts that need to be replaced. In case of any malfunction of the machine, our company shall provide free services (including providing accessories and labor) until the customer is satisfied

·Startup debugging

·Our company will dispatch qualified and experienced technicians to the site for installation inspection, equipment testing, and startup debugging.

Startup debugging content:

1. Inspect installation and work site

2. Inspect equipment such as compressors/dryers

3. Start up debugging/inspection and record the operation status

4. Dispatch training on operation and maintenance knowledge for operators
