Working principle of servo permanent magnet motor:

Traditional motors are composed of a stator and a rotor, which are connected or in contact with each other through mechanical bearings, resulting in mechanical friction during the movement of the rotor. Mechanical friction not only increases the frictional resistance of the rotor, causing wear of moving parts, mechanical vibration, and noise, but also causes component heating, deterioration of lubricant performance, and in severe cases, uneven air gap in the motor, winding heating, and increased temperature rise, thereby reducing motor efficiency and ultimately shortening motor service life. A servo motor utilizes the principle of "same polarity repulsion, opposite polarity attraction" between the excitation magnetic fields of the stator and rotor to suspend the rotor, while generating propulsive force to drive the rotor to move in a suspended state. There is no mechanical contact between the stator and rotor, which can generate high acceleration and deceleration, low mechanical wear, easy mechanical and electrical protection, and convenient maintenance, repair, and replacement. It is suitable for harsh environments, extremely clean and pollution-free environments, and special needs.

·From the date of equipment operation, the supplier's after-sales service personnel shall proactively conduct on-site inspections 4 times a year;

·Lifetime maintenance, timely inquire about the operation status of the equipment and any existing usage issues, try to meet the requirements of the demand as much as possible, and satisfy the users;

·Provide multiple service contracts (preventive maintenance, flexible maintenance, etc.)

·Saman Company guarantees that the goods are brand new, made of high-quality materials, processed with precision, and fully comply with all specifications and performance requirements stated in the contract. Under the conditions of correct installation, operation, and maintenance, the equipment warranty period is 12 months after the normal operation of the machine (with a five-year warranty for the main rotor).

·If there are any quality problems with the product during the warranty period, Saman Company will promptly repair or replace the relevant components free of charge. During the warranty period, the company provides free spare parts that need to be replaced. In case of any malfunction of the machine, our company shall provide free services (including providing accessories and labor) until the customer is satisfied

·Startup debugging
