After the first stage of compression, the air is cooled by enhanced fuel injection to reduce the second stage suction temperature. The air is compressed under equal pressure to reduce compression power.

The two-stage compression adopts an equal pressure ratio to set the inter stage pressure, so each stage compression ratio is much lower than the single-stage compression ratio. The reflux leakage between rotors is greatly reduced, and the volumetric efficiency and adiabatic efficiency are greatly improved, correspondingly increasing the compressed gas production.

Under the same power, two-stage compression produces more gas than single-stage compression.

·Saman Company guarantees that the goods are brand new, made of high-quality materials, processed with precision, and fully comply with all specifications and performance requirements stated in the contract. Under the conditions of correct installation, operation, and maintenance, the equipment warranty period is 12 months after the normal operation of the machine (with a five-year warranty for the main rotor).

During the warranty period, the company provides free spare parts that need to be replaced.
